
Kelly and I have accomplished so much in our world of training. Actually, we've planned a bike ride for Saturday - throw down a quick 40 and call it a day. This is what we do. Swim. Bike. Run.
We are giving ourselves a couple months to plan and regroup and then the real training begins - until then, just regular stuff.
